With over three decades experience litigating Personal Injury Cases, Jonathan Groff assumes primary responsibility for the firm’s major claims litigation and trial practice. He has achieved numerous recognitions as a lawyer, including the prestigious, “AV Preeminent“® designation.

From early on, Mr. Groff is involved in the investigation, development and settlement negotiations of the firm’s cases. In litigation, he leads the firm’s litigation practice, including cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death and complex liability claims. Mr. Groff has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and settled countless other injury claims, for clients. He is an Eagle Member of The Florida Justice Association; a member of The Florida Bar; the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and the Federal Bar.
